Andean Abyss Variants

Here is a gouvernment flowchart by Joseph Courtight that allows you to play one of the other factions when playing solo.

There´s one thing I changed:

If a non player faction would trigger an event that targets another faction, it rolls a die:

1-2: the faction does an operation following the flowchart instead of triggering the event.

3-6: the event is triggered normally
